Connecting to NordLayer

This article explains how to sign in to NordLayer with Okta. NordLayer is used exclusively for access to the AuctionAccess portal. Screenshots include examples from both Windows and MacOS.

If you need access to NordLayer for access to AuctionAccess, please submit a Software Access Request under Other > NordLayer.

Logging in to NordLayer

• Open the NordLayer application

• You will be prompted to input the organization ID. The Organization ID should populate automatically, but in the event it doesn’t the organization ID is “acvinc”.

• Select the “Log in with Okta” button.

• Nord will use your web browser to sign in with Okta.

  • If you are already signed in to Okta in the browser, the login will succeed.

    

     

     

  • If you are not signed in to Okta in the browser, you will be prompted to sign in to Okta.

    

     

Connecting to a NordLayer gateway

• Once signed in, NordLayer will show options of gateways to connect to. In order to connect to the AuctionAccess portal, select the “ACV-AuctionAccess” gateway.

• Nord will change the “ACV-AuctionAccess” gateway to a green status once it is successfully connected.

• Once connected, the AuctionAccess portal will be available to sign in to.
